Scrappin Time :)

Hello :) I had mentioned early in the month that I hosted a Babyshower for a cousin of mine... Well bad me I didn't want to play any games because they take so long, not that this doesn't take long, but I think its way more fun !!! LOL :) What I decided to do for the girls was I covered my kitchen table with Cardstock, Ink Pads, Stamp Sets, Embellishments, etc.... so each guest can have a seat and create their own 8X8 mini scrap page for a baby book I wanted to put together and hand over to my cousin so she can take home with her and fill it with pics of her new lil one, once he or she arrives :) I already had the 8X8 page cut for them. The girls had a great time creating, and let me tell you the ones that have never scrapbooked before sure did a great job on their scrap page :) Hmmm !!! maybe a few new customers :) LOL !!! anyways here's what my table looked like and here is a pic of the girls around the table getting their creative minds to work :) HAPPY STAMPIN.... Hello Scrappin Peeps :) I created this card just to have some B-days cards on hand because I was running out... I used a retired stamp set from Stampin Up (Sorry)... But I just love this set, called "You're just my style" :) I used Pretty in Pink and Black ink pad..... I distressed the actual card in black and the tag in Pretty in Pink.... Once I stamped the dress on Ivory card stock I cut it out and outlined dress with Black Diamond Stickles.... I held the ribbon on the tag with a mini silver brad.... stamped my envelope with cute lil girly images also in the same set..... Now time to look up who's birthdays are coming up.... Another Easter Card :)

Hello Peeps :) Well i decided to create another Easter Card... I found the cute printed paper with polka dots at Stamp Your Heart Out in Claremont.... I used my butterfly punch from Martha Stewart and stamped the lil girl image in Chocolate Chip and the saying in Baja Breeze, it went really well with the printed paper... I distressed the white piece of cardstock with Chocolate Chip. Added stickles to the saying and pale pink sheer ribbon with dark brown twine.... Oh I also added stickles to her eggs in basket and flowers she is holding :) HAPPY SCAPPIN.... BEC ~

So here are my Easter Cards :) They went out today to family & friends.... I first found the Printed Cardstock at Stamp Your Heart Out... and just fell in love with it, so I went ahead and used coordinated cardstock, which was Old Olive, added some Stickles of course to the leaves on the vine, Easter saying, the eggs in her lil basket and her flowers she is holding.... The butterfly is a punch by Martha Stewart.... I stamped my envelope to match. I also created and put together a lil card package (6) which my son Sonny will be giving to his girlfriends mother tomorrow... Hope she likes them :) Thanks for stopping by. HAPPY STAMPIN.... BEC ~

Baby Mini 8X8 Scrap Album

Hello Scrappin Peeps :) Here's a little something cute for me to share with you.... I hosted a Babyshower for a cousin of mine, and instead of playing games, I decided to put a whole bunch of FUN SCRAPPIN STUFF out and cover my kitchen table with Cardstock, Stamps, Ink Pads, Punches, Die Cuts, and other fun tools.... I then had each guest create at 8X8 scrap page, with their own ideas.... It was so fun to watch them all, we even had some girls that hadn't scrapped before and did a awesome job :) There were 10 pages all together, so I went ahead and created the cover for the book and I created a page myself... Since we do not know if it's a boy or girl I went with a Curry Yellow color with Brown :) I added the pages from all the guest into the book, punching two holes on left side and inserting ribbon to keep it secured. I added a pic of a few pages created by some guest, at the back page of book I added a list of who created what pages... If you are interested in hosting a workshop and would like to have your guest each create a book like this to take home, it can be family, children or friends themed, get in contact with me and we can set something up...
