I made these cards as a bundle... Anyone who placed a Stampin' Up order with me by the end of this month, rec'vd a package of these as a thank you gift. I just love the flourish image, and just can't seem to put that stamp down. It is from the Priceless stamp set from Stampin' Up. I added some diamond stickles to the swirls, stamped the butterfly image in black on the colored c.s. The c.s. has a shimmery effect to it, click on the picture below to view a closer look. I trimmed around the butterfly image leaving some color, then added dimensionals. Off to the right of the card, I got to use my new Scallop Edge Hand Punch, one of Stampin' Up's new punches. I used different greetings, to have them all be a little different. They all came with matching envelopes.... I have plenty packages left over, place a Stampin' Up order and get these for FREE... perfect for any birthdays that are coming up... TILL NEXT TIME, HAPPY STAMPIN.... BEC ~

Anniversary Gift
Here is a gift I gave to a close friend of mine Coleen. It was her work Anniversary. Instead of using a gift bag I decided to dress up a tin can I had. It was an empty Almond Roca candy can. I filled it up with some stickles, brads and chalk ink distressers that she can use on her Christmas Cards she is making herself. I purchased the awesome paper that I fell in love with at The Scrapbook Lounge. With the 5 petal flower punch from Stampin Up, I punched out 3 different flowers from the DP, stacked them on top of each other, added a large antique copper brad and popped up with dimensionals. I did distress some of the petals in black. The small butterflies were cut out from another DP sheet and popped up. The sentiment saying is from a sheet of my Stampin' Up rub-ons, those are so awesome and apply so smoothly. They come in two sheets with many images and sayings to choose from. And of course a matching card to go along with the gift...... See what empty cans you have that you can dress up.... :) Till next time, HAPPY STAMPIN.... THANKS FOR STOPPING BY, BEC ~
Trick or Treat !!
Ok, you can hit me :) I haven't posted for a while.... So Sorry. But it's not that I haven't been getting creative :) I was in Michaels a few weeks ago and passed a bin that had these buckets for .49cents, as soon as I seen them I thought to myself, "what can I do with these?" Then I thought of my nephews, I will make them Trick or Treating candy holders. I wanted to do them different. I used just DP for the jumbo band around the buckets, cut out the letters with the Sizzix Machine, I did some stitching on some of the letters with a white jel pen, and the other bucket in black. I stamped a few images and popped those up. Then for the finishing touch I added some orange stickles around the lettering. When my Nephew Ryan seen these his eyes opened up wide, I asked him to pick the one he wanted and he chose the one with the skull heads, but I think his older brother Rene is going to want that one. Good luck Mich... :) I do have more projects to share. HAVE A SAFE & FUN HALLOWEEN..... HAPPY STAMPIN... BEC ~

So Pretty !!
Hi Stampers.... I just had to show you these beautiful pics. They are pretty flowers that my father grows for my mother. Her yard is like one big nursery. It is so colorful, especially with these flower plants sitting through out their backyard. These aren't the only one's he has, there are more, in different colors. It's a hobby of my fathers to grow and take care of all his plants. Ok, on another note, I will be posting new projects next week, for I will be working on some this weekend. We have Monday off, so that is an extra day to play :) Enjoy the pictures....... HAPPY STAMPIN..... BEC ~

Mr. Mummy......
Hello Scrappers..... This is a little different, and was a little time consuming, for only the first one I should say. Then I got the hang of it. I have to say a Blogger friend gave me a little inspiration for this card, I just made some changes of my own. I backed my card with Black c.s., then on a separate piece of white c.s. started layering the 1" strips. But before doing that I did distress them with brown chalk ink. Used 3 of my Stampin' Up circle punches for the eyes, 1 3/8, 1 1/4 and 1/2. Found the cute plastic spiders at Stamp your heart out in Claremont and glued down with Zip Dry. You gotta get this stuff if you don't own it yet. Just perfect for ribbon, rhinestones, any embellishment actually, it is clear and dries in seconds. The Happy Halloween stamp I believe was a $1 acrylic stamp from Michaels. I will be mailing out some of these for my Halloween Cards. Till next time, HAPPY STAMPIN.... BEC ~
Perfect Teacher Gift
Hello there. Long time no chat :) Just been really busy with the home life, and my poor little pops ( well I shouldn't say little my youngest is almost 6 foot) having an infection with a tooth. He ended up having a Root Canal done yesterday. So now I gotta get back into my projects. Here is a small gift package I made for my nephew Rene's teacher. I had made the cards a few weeks ago, but still needed to package them up. I created the package in about 10 minutes while I was watching the Dodger game on Saturday. I used the same stamp set as on the cards, and added my own little tag, stapling the ribbon to the scalloped circle punch. I think it's so cute you don't even want to open it. Isn't that so true :) If any of you are interested in giving one of these packages to your child's teacher, just e-mail me or give me a ring, I will be more than gladly to assemble one together for you. For a very small affordable fee, $6 for four cards, with matching stamped envelopes, and cutsie packaged. Now I just have to give it to my nephew to pass along to his teacher. Thanks for stopping by..... HAPPY STAMPIN.... BEC ~
