Hello :) This is a card I created a few months back. I sent these out for Easter. Using YoYo Yellow and Old Olive c.s. and ink. The two stamp sets I used were Priceless and Garden Whimsy from S.U. My two favorite sets right now. With just a added extra touch I used silver mini brads and Diamond Stickles. Perfect colors for Spring :) Excitement is in the air..... WHY?? Because the new Stampin' Up catalog is on it's way. I should be getting my shipment at the end of July, and I will then be making some calls to all you Stampers. Just a little info. I am starting to plan out my Stampin' Up Workshops for this summer, just being a little different this year, they will all have a type of theme, for some examples: Wine Tasting & Scrappin....Scrap Pages with Banana Splits on the Side.... Etc.... How fun, I can hardly wait. I only have 3 more days left before vacation, but I will make sure to keep posting, to give all you girls something to look at and read during your coffee break, before bed time or in between :) HAPPY STAMPIN.....BEC ~

Hat's off to all Graduates !!
Hi there :) How was everyone's weekend? Summer is here, cause boy... was it hot!! Sunday was my first Stampin' Up workshop this year. I was a little nervous, because it's been a while since I've spoken in front of a group. But it turned out great, everyone had a good time creating their page and card. This is not the card we made, but I did want to share this creation with you since there are so many graduations going on right now. I used Brilliant Blue c.s. and added some going grey c.s. The sayings are not stamps, they are rub-on's. I wanted this card to be a little more special so I embossed the hats and added some bling to the top of each tassel. I stamped the outside of my envelopes for an extra touch, with a stamp image that reads (You did it!)...... This is my last week at work, I will be on vacation for two weeks, looking forward to allot of stamping and creating. I still have so many projects unfinished. I will post the projects we made at the workshop very soon. Stay cool and HAPPY STAMPIN....BEC ~

4th Of July Cards !!
Hi there :) These are my simple 4th of July cards I created that will be getting mailed out in a few days to my family and friends. Because I was making many, I thought I would keep it simple but cool :) I used Really Red c.s. for the whole card and red/white stripe printed paper that I found at Scrappin Good Times. I punched the corners with the famous corner notch punch and added some silver brads. I added a white c.s. strip with a starburst stamp in Night of Navy, perfect for a 4th of July theme. I then added stickles to some of the stars on the stamp image. I centered a large punch star from Stampin' Up and centered large silver star brads that I purchased from Micheals. I can hardly wait to mail these out. I'm all done with my nephews birthday invitations and they were all mailed out today. I'm sure we will be getting some phone calls commenting on these cute invites. I will post it as soon as I get a chance. Inside and out....Have you started on your 4th of July cards??? If you haven't it's time to get those fingers going :) HAPPY STAMPIN......BEC ~

Another Girlie Page.....
Hi there, I created this page a way while back. I thought I would post it, because our annual Scrap Weekend is just around the corner. I had created this page for the girls a few years ago to place their fun scrapweekend pictures on it. I used Pink Passion, whisper white and basic black c.s. I took the time to make my own tags. They were so much fun to make, and making your own tags can save you lots of $$, with embellishments in stores costing so much, why not just make your own. I used the whisper white craft ink on the black, and added some crystal effects to the mini black flowers, and a few silver brads. I used the "Be Happy" stamp set from Stampin' Up. I need to hurry up and get started on this years page. What I do is make kits, with mainly everything already cut up for the girls, then we all do this make & take together. They love it because they don't have to come up with the creation themselves. It's a gift from me to them. HAPPY STAMPIN....BEC ~

Summer Time !!
Summer Time is here, and it's time to get started on all the summer pages. This is a page I actually did last year. I really enjoyed using these colors together. The splish splash ribbon I purchased at Michaels. One of my favorite things to do is also back my pictures with white card stock. Here's a sample you can use for your next summer page. I will have another creation tomorrow. HAPPY STAMPIN...... BEC ~

You Go Cheerleader !!
My cousin Stephanie is a cheerleader this year at her school. When she gave me these pic's, I was already wondering how I was going to create my scrap layout. I went with Brocade Blue and Night of Navy c.s. I used some of Stampin' Up's punches, circle and large star. I also traced the letters with Stickles which makes the page really stand out. You can barely see if you look close enough, I stamped the cheerleader and stars images in white craft ink. Try using white craft on Black, Burgundy, Hunter, Chocolate Chip, it stands out so nice. Oh one more thing I did add some of my white halfback pearls from the Stampin' Up Pretties Kit. This is an awesome set to own if you create many girlie pages. Hope you like it Stephie :) Have a wonderful weekend, until next time, HAPPY STAMPIN......BEC ~
Happy Fathers Day !!!
Hi there, sorry I haven't posted recently. I thought I would add a few Father's Day cards I made for some of the dad's in my family. It's always nice to create a few masculine creations. The western card with cowboy hat and boots, I added some distressing on the brown/brick colored c.s. to try and give it a wooden fence look. The other card I used one of the images from the " Classic Convertibles" stamp set from S.U. I embossed the car, using a Navy Blue embossing powder, along with using Night of Navy and Going Grey c.s. I didn't get a chance to take a pic of the card I will be giving my own father, but on the front I added a pic of me and him. I was only 7 yrs. old in that picture. I'm sure it will dabble his heart. I'm looking forward to giving it to him on Sunday. HAPPY STAMPIN......BEC ~

It's Prom Night !!
Here's a pic of my son Sonny and his girlfriend. Before heading out for Prom. I just loved Melina's dress. My son was such a gentleman and made sure that Melina would not have to pay for anything, and made sure that she had a nice evening since this was her prom. 2008 Pioneer High School..... So I'm looking forward to creating some fun scrappages....
Happy Fathers Day !!
Hi Everyone.... Hope you all had a good weekend :o) Here's a posting of my Fathers Day Cards I created, and will be mailing them all out very soon. It's pretty masculine. I used Night of Navy and Whisper White c.s. I just loved the ribbon and just had to buy it, I must of bought 4 yards. The stamp was purchased from Stamp Your Heart Out, I distressed the tag with Close to Cocoa, and added some antique copper brads. I made 12, and had plenty of supply left over, so I decided to make my swap tags, for the Tag Your It event this Saturday. I thought many of the participants could use this tag for their fathers day gifts. So besides the prom my son went to, scrapbook store shopping, and my hubbies and boys baseball game, I did do some good amount of stamping. Tonight I will start on some Birth Announcements. I have plenty of projects, my nephews birthday invitations, party favors, my son's 2008 portrait cards, scrapbook kits, Bar-B-Q Potluck invitations...... So stay tuned in for my upcoming postings..... HAPPY STAMPIN....BEC ~
