X-Mas Tags :)

Here are some X-mas tags I created for a friend... They're having a craft fair at her church, and this is what I donated.... I made 8 pkgs, filled with these tags. Def.... do not have to go out and buy any X-mas tags, we can just make our own :) The tag with the Santa Postal Stamp image was my favorite... HAPPY STAMPIN, BEC.....

Small Wedding Gift :)

Here is a small wedding gift I put together for a friend here at work, his daughter just recently got married.... I decided to make her a small pkg of Hand Made Thank You Cards with matching envelopes, so she can send out to some of her guest. I used her wedding colors, and added some Bling (Stickles) to the Japanese flower branch :) I love this stamp, it's so elegant... Stamped the tissue that went into the gift bag with Hearts and Butterflies.... BEC :)

Girls Craft Get-Together :)

Hello Peeps :) I hosted a girls craft get-together a few weeks ago... My sis-in-law wanted to have one in her home... So I thought we could make Fall projects since Halloween & Thanksgiving are coming around. The first project is a Thanksgiving card pkg, which holds 4 cards and matching envelopes. We also altered a small almond can, covered it with fall printed paper, added a stamped pumpkin image, that we cut out and popped up in front of a scallop round circle punch. added some crimped streamer and candies :) and the last project is a cute lil cookie holder. Stamped the web image in white ink, added the tag and a small plastic spider. The cookie is held inside in a small cellophane bag :) Thanks for stopping by ...... HAPPY STAMPIN, BEC ....

Altered Can :)

This is a large empty peanut can that I altered to look like this... I used it on the Candy Buffet table at my granddaughters party. The printed paper I used to cover the can had birthday cakes and party hats on it. Added some bright green tool, bright pink ribbon and silver twine... popped up some butterflies and fabric flowers, and Wala !!! all from a simple can... So don't throw away those empty cans, wash them out and save them to be altered :) I have even altered large empty cans and used them to insert a b-day gift inside, hand creams & shower jels or even a few blouses, etc.... The recipient thinks it's amazing as it's such a great idea :) HAPPY STAMPIN... BEC :)

My Granddaughters 1st Yr. B-day Party !!!

Hello Peeps :) Sorry it took me so long, but I am finally having some free time to post to my site here... I have many projects, and ideas to share with you.... First of all here are some pics of my granddaughter Amaya's 1st B-day party I hosted at my home... She had 2 big parties, I went ahead and went with a Butterfly & Flower theme, her other party was Minnie Mouse themed :) If you notice in the first pic, I made the cupcake toppers... Stamped a lg. butterfly along with some flowers, cut them out and glued them to mini Popsicle sticks... they really made the cupcakes stand out. Part of the party decor was scrapbook pages made by me of my granddaughter from birth to throughout her months before turning the BIG 1 :) I created the Candy Buffet table myself too, making my own decorations, and lil quote sayings... again I added butterfly cutouts from my stamps, and popped them up here & there... It turned out really nice and most of all Bright & Colorful, just the way I wanted, and just as my granddaughter has given me... A Brighter Life :) Thanks for stopping by... Someone Special is turning 1 ......

So me (Grandma) decided to go all out .... Plus it's my first grandchild, so why not right ??? My granddaughter will be turning 1 in about a week and we are celebrating her Big Day this coming Saturday..... I have been planning this event for months now and coming up with ideas on the Decor, Party Favors, The Cake, The Cupcakes, The Centerpeices, The Candy Store Table, The Food, & not to mention Her Outfit :) The theme I decided on was Butterflies & Flowers, in Bright Pinks, Apple Greens and Light Lavenders... I am blessed that I can put so much time in making my granddaughters event special. Even though she will not remember this special day, there will be a video on CD, and many scrapbook pages of all the family, friends & decor for her to look back upon and realize how special she is & loved by her Grandma :) Her babyshower was wonderful, but the decor will not be close to what I am creating this Saturday... Here are just some party favors I have created, the first pic is the cupcake toppers, the wreath was made by my mother, then there are decorative tealight packages, sticky note decorative holders and candy cone holders..... I will be posting more pics soon with more party decor :) HAPPY STAMPIN .... BEC

Minnie Mouse Cupcake Toppers :)

Hello Scrappin Peeps :) So I have been asked to come up with a Minnie Mouse themed cupcake topper for my granddaughters party coming up soon... And well Wala !!! Here it is :) I made 50 of them... She will be having 2 parties to celebrate her little self turning the BiG 1 :)... The party I am hosting will be Bright Flowers & Butterflies... So keep on a look out here on my Blog for pics of all the decor I will be creating.... The Minnie Mouse silhouette here uses 2 diff. size circle punches from Stampin Up as the ears & face... I also used the 2 diff. scallop circle punches from Stampin Up... Added some Silver stickles and a red/black thin grosgrain ribbon as her little bow.... and glued a Popsicle stick to the back with ( Zip Dry) glue, sold in scrapbook stores... This is my Sweet lil Granddaughter Amaya :) I am in the process of makin her 1 yr. birthday party invites and wanted to add a pic inside... So I had my mother make a small round cake.... As you can see Amaya did more than just pose with her cake.... She made a big hole in it.... I guess she needs a lil more time to learn how to get her food only into her mouth :) LOL !!! Gifts for my Co-workers :)

My Little Princess :)

Hello Scrapbookin Peeps :) Here are some Scrapbook pages I created of my Granddaughter Amaya who is now 10 months... I created them while I was on vacation from work for 2 weeks.... it's been a while since I had scrapbooked so I had to get back into the groove of things... LOL !!! But once I did, I scrapped for two with my Mother... We had a blast and got allot done :) What I really enjoying doing is makin or creatin my own embellishments to lay on the page.... For instance on this first page here I created my own tag, saying irresistable Sweet, Priceless and the #5 square tag... Something like these would cost you $5 at a scrapbook store, you save lots of money by creating your own.... and they come out just as nice, maybe even better :) LOL... Don't you think so??? Sharing a Friends Creations :)

Hello there :) I wanted to share with you these really cute cards my friend Coleen made.... I love all the lil girly colors on the first card, and especially how she makes her own butterfly antanas, and adding the buttons to the body of the butterflies :) Cute imagination Coleeny.... The next card she made I find very masculine, perfect to give to a man in your family on a special occassion... She used one of her border punches at bottom of card and added stickles to center of her scallop circle punch. Sometimes it is hard to come up with ideas on a masculine card, well... here is a good example. So keep it in mind :) HAPPY STAMPIN... BEC *

Pretty Girl Scrapbook Page :)

Here is a page I created using my new stamp set called Simple Friendship from Stampin Up :) I am totally lovin this set right now, a great set to own cause you can use it on Scrapbook pages and makin cards, for plenty of occasions... I used black & Pink cardstock to go with her little dress... I stamped some of the images and cut them out then added dimensionals to them to give that 3D effect. My granddaughter Amaya just turned 9 months... WOW !! also on this page is her with her Daddy (my son) and her with her Mommy :) HAPPY SCRAPPIN.... BEC *

I really enjoyed makin this Thank You card package for my cousin and his new wife.... It was part of their wedding gift from me :) I made 8, some in different styles. The little Congratulations card below is what i made and inserted their gift card in.... Since I created them all in black & white printed paper/ cardstock, I decided to add a pink brad to give it a little accent, and make them stand out a bit more :) HAPPY SCRAPPIN.... BEC*

Masculine B-day Card...

Hello there Scrappin Peeps :) Here is a card I created for a good friend at work... It was his birthday and he plays softball, so I thought this would be perfect for him :) I love this stamp set, uniforms as they wore back in the day. I tore parts of the cardstock by hand and distressed it with brown ink. HAPPY SCRAPPIN... BEC *

4th Of July Invite.....

Wow !!! Can you believe July is just around the corner :) Every year I create the party invites for my nephew Ryan's birthday... He was born the day after 4th of July, so his party is always held on the holiday... So his invites always have a 4th of July theme to them :) This is my Creation... The lil raffle ticket stub was in a small booklet of many. I purchased from Stamp Your Heart Out in Claremont.... I used the Star Punch, star stamp and added silver stickles to each Star. I distressed some cardstock in Night of Navy Ink, and used some navy & kraft color twine. Wishing you all a Happy & Safe 4th :) HAPPY STAMPIN.... BEC ~

Thank You Cards ....

Hello Scrappin Peeps :) These are some Thank You cards I created for the guest who attend my fathers Surprise 70th B-day party coming this Saturday... Shhhh It's A Surprise :) They are simple looking but nice I must say. The printed paper is called the Love Letter DSP from Stampin Up. Mini Purse with mini Notecards...

Hi there :) I attended a card class about 3 weeks ago, and this is what we made.... I fell in love with the project & just knew I had to take this class.... The little purse holder is made all out of cardstock.... For this project all you need is 2 12X12 DSP and you can make all of this... How cool is that. We created 5 mini matching notecards to go inside of purse. This is a very nice gift to give to someone, possibly teachers :) I am looking foward to having my own class soon... HAPPY STAMPIN... Isabella's Prom Pics ....

Hello Stampin Peeps :) Here are two scrap pages I created of my Stepdaughter Isabella's Prom pics.... She came out so Beautiful !!! I coordinated the colors with her dress which was Navy Blue. These two pages will be put in 12X12 frames and going up in our home :) The Black flourishes are self adhesive and I outlined them with Silver stickles, and added silver stickle dots all along each side of page. On the second page I used black diamond stickles.... HAPPY SCRAPPIN... BEC ~
